Postpartum doula

Postpartum doulas provide families information and support on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents. They might also help with light housework, research local resources, fix a meal and help incorporate an older child into this new experience!

As your postpartum doula I offer cooking nutritious meals, laundry, older children support, organizational projects, grocery shopping, errands, light household support, infant support, research on local resources and more! Every family is different and everyone’s postpartum doula needs vary! Below is an example of research I’ve done for a client focused on their area and their interests!
