Dear parents,
Thank you for your interest in hiring me as a sitter, nanny or both! I have been working in childcare for 18 years. I am First Aid and CPR certified, I have certificates in child development, child psychology, RIE, cooking for children, newborn care and professional nannying. I am a Newborn Care Specialist, postpartum doula, have my Montessori 0-12 teaching diploma and Professional Child Care diploma. I am a member of the International Nanny Association and was nominated for the 2020 Nanny of the year award.
I am a non smoker, college educated (Bachelor’s degree in Costume Design), am fully vaccinated, speak fluent English and know baby sign language.
I love to sew, travel and do arts and crafts!
I am currently only available for evening and weekend babysitting.
Now that you know a little bit more about me I have put all the information for babysitting below!
Babysitting/postpartum doula: rates pending number of children and responsibilities. Additional children can be discussed. Preferred payment method is cash.
Nannying: Nannying rates are to be discussed and vary depending on number of children and responsibilities.
Payment Late fee: If being paid by PayPal/Venmo/Zelle any payment made after 24 hours of the babysitting session will be charged a $50 late fee for each day the fee is not paid.
Minimum Booking: babysitting session must be 3 hours and if it is less, the rate will still be for 3 hours. Rate must be paid for full booking. Example: if a babysitting session is booked for 3-11 and parents come home early the full session still needs to be paid.
Cancellation: If babysitting is cancelled 24 hours or less before the session the full rate for the session still needs to be paid.
Late Fee: If parents are going to be later than agreed end time they must give as much notice as possible. Time and half rate goes into affect once the session goes over the original agreed end time.
Meals: Meal/money for meal/access to seamless is required. A Venmo request for the meal will be sent after session.
Ride Home: An uber or ride share service is requested if the session ends at or after 9pm
Sick Policy: If your child is sick and I am scheduled to babysit I ask to be notified; I currently do not offer care for sick children.
Duties: Sitter is only responsible for childcare and cleaning up after any messes made while taking care of the child.
